An important development affects the waste transport sector through the simplified management of the Register of Managers, indeed “The preliminary storage and transport operations carried out by the distributor and the party appointed by them are not subject to registration with the national register of environmental managers<\/strong>, as per Article 212 of Legislative Decree No. 3 of April 2006. 152<\/em>.”<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Pursuant to the combined provisions of the aforementioned regulations, therefore, category 3-bis of the register of environmental managers must be considered repealed.
