ECOEM represents the certified collective financing system to fulfill the extended Producer responsibility obligations for equipment placed on the National market. Through the application of the Eco-Contribution, the Producer finances the operations necessary to ensure the collection, transport, treatment, and recovery of WEEE at Collection Centers located throughout the National territory.
