If you represent a company operating in the Import, Manufacturing or Distribution of photovoltaic panels and (other renewable energy sector equipment), you can choose to join the ECOEM Consortium to fulfill the obligations under the current WEEE Directive.
Through the consortium service, you can rely on a specialized Partner that will guarantee the necessary assistance for proper management of end-of-life photovoltaic panels and achieve regulatory compliance for those placing such equipment on the market.

Owners or managers of Photovoltaic Systems incentivized under the GSE Energy Account can choose to activate the Consortium Option provided for Responsible Parties who must manage the end-of-life of photovoltaic panels installed in historical systems.
Registration with the Consortium allows the Responsible Party to:
- Avoid the GSE withholding of €20.00/panel
- Activate End-of-Life System Guarantee
- Spread costs over a maximum of 5 years
- Access collection and recycling services immediately
