The initiative ‘Recycle the Present, Save the Future’ is promoted by the ECOEM Consortium, in collaboration with the Municipal Administration of Nocera Inferiore, as part of the European Week for Waste Reduction 2025.
The campaign, organized through billboards and a dedicated video spot, aims to increase citizens’ awareness regarding e-waste and correct the most common disposal errors, thereby helping to reduce waste and improve the effectiveness of separate waste collection in the area.
“We want to support the city and its citizens in sharing the importance of proper e-waste collection, ensuring the recycling of electrical and electronic products and safeguarding the environment in which we live,” stated ECOEM’s general director Luca Fasolino.
