This evolution represents a fundamental milestone in the company’s history, aimed at consolidating its market position and supporting future growth and development strategies.
The decision, approved by the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting, reflects the financial solidity and operational maturity achieved by Ecoem Servizi. The new legal form, Ecoem Servizi S.p.A., will allow greater flexibility in capital raising, access to new financial instruments, and a more suitable organizational structure to manage the increasing complexity and challenges of the environmental sector.
With a client portfolio exceeding 300 national and international companies and recent acquisitions of significant authorization classes, such as Class D for 15,000 tons for brokerage, the company is ready to tackle new market opportunities. Ecoem Servizi is registered with the national register of environmental managers in category 8 for the brokerage and trade of non-hazardous and/or hazardous waste without possession.

The registered office, VAT number, Tax Code, and company contacts remain unchanged. The transformation takes effect from the date of registration in the Business Register.
